Knowing that, where better to experience your own wellness journey than in the outdoors; and you will find that immersing yourself in the beauty and peace of Nature is exponentially healing. So, whether that means a dedicated 2 hours, or even 2 days, in the calming quiet of a secluded natural place, when it comes to Nature, more is definitely … better.

Nature-Informed Therapy 

Nature and natural green spaces have long been anecdotally linked to positive mental and physical health and wellness. But we now have overwhelming scientific evidence to support this. Nature can change how we feel and think.

We aim to incorporate Nature in every regular therapy session to some degree, but we can also utilize Nature-based interventions as a more integral part of your therapeutic path to wellness and healing.

Nature Therapy Intensives

Nature Therapy Intensives are specifically tailored to your needs and goals. You may want to begin with a walk/talk session on a wooded trail... You may want a more targeted and intensive experience utilizing nature-based techniques over 1 or 2 hours locally… Or, some may want several days in a remote and serene location for going deep and maximum effects.

As a Certified Nature-Informed Practitioner, experienced outdoors-person and backcountry group leader, we can tailor sessions to your specific interests, ability and therapeutic goals.
